Initial selection of candidates’ CVs in AKROS database is carried out under officially established requirements, which are determined for each position individually according to the job specifics.
More detailed assessment, namely, comparing and contrasting business and personal qualities of the candidate with the qualifications required by the vacancy.
More detailed acquaintance with the candidate, definition of his/her suitability for doing future work by obtaining and analyzing information about the candidate, as well as providing information to the candidate on the future work.
Expert examination plays a key role in making a decision on the candidate employment. It is conducted a comprehensive examination of the candidate, which includes an interview, solution of professional tasks, testing.
After successful completion of the interview and the professional expert examination the candidate will be offered a job with description of the terms of cooperation for final registration of the agreements reached.
